1. Acceptance
By creating or using a Taskly account, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable task-specific rules. Do not use the service if you disagree.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must meet applicable age and task eligibility requirements. Provide accurate registration and payout details and keep them updated.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your password, withdrawal PIN, and account access. Notify official support if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Tasks and provider rules
Each task may have specific instructions, eligibility rules, quality checks, and completion conditions. Availability may change or end.
5. Rewards and validation
Rewards are not guaranteed merely because a task was opened or submitted. Provider confirmation and anti-fraud checks may be required. Taskly may investigate suspicious activity and correct clear errors in accordance with applicable law and published policies.
6. Withdrawal schedule and daily request limit
Withdrawal requests may be submitted Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT). Each user may submit only one withdrawal request per calendar day. Submitting a request uses that day’s allowance even if the request is approved, rejected, completed, or otherwise processed within 24 hours. A new request may be submitted on the next calendar day during the published submission window, provided no earlier request remains pending. Only one withdrawal request may be pending at a time.
7. Withdrawal processing, amounts, and fees
Processing may take up to 48 working hours; non-working days do not count as working hours. There is no standard weekly withdrawal limit or mandatory seven-day cooldown. Available fixed withdrawal amounts, applicable fees, payout methods, verification requirements, and limits may vary by account level and current published rules. Taskly will display the applicable amount, fee, and estimated net payout before submission where supported. Approval alone does not prove that a transfer occurred; a request should be marked paid only after the transfer is completed and checked.
8. Prohibited conduct
Do not use bots where prohibited, falsify proof, manipulate referrals, bypass restrictions, impersonate others, or exploit errors to obtain rewards improperly.
9. Availability and changes
Features, task availability, and policies may change. Service interruptions may occur for maintenance or security.
10. No guaranteed income
Taskly does not promise fixed income, guaranteed tasks, or provider acceptance.
11. Applicable law and contact
These Terms are subject to applicable laws. Any specific governing-law or jurisdiction terms will be stated only after appropriate legal review. For questions about these Terms, contact contact@taskly.fun. Do not send passwords, withdrawal PINs, or one-time verification codes by email.
